So me and the hubs recently celebrated 9 years of being together. I decided that I’d plan the date this time, and so I decided to take us to this awesome cliff just down the road from our house. We also just bought a drone, so I figured what better place to test it out and get some sa-weet footage. I packed us a picnic, some warm clothes, a rug, my bose speaker, and some vino, because what’s an anniversary without a cup of red :) aaaaanyway, it was soooo breathtakingly beautiful. And we got SO lucky with the weather, it’s starting to get cold and rainy; but alas, on this day, it was windstill (which never happens in Perth btw), it was calm, and relatively warm! We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather conditions. This was honestly one of the best dates we’ve had in a long time (and I’m not just saying that because I planned it…. mwahaha) We love to travel, but it’s nice to be reminded about how beautiful our home is too. We are so lucky to live where we do.
Seriously loving the drone so much already! Oh and I forgot to mention, we even saw a few dolphins as the sun set! wooooo! I tried to get a pic of them, but they were pretty far away. All in all, it was a great way to celebrate 9 years!
