September: A Recap - Megzie

WOW! I can’t believe a whole month has flown by. This has been my first full month of blogging, and I’ve loved every minute of it! Thank you to all my lovely subscribers and followers, I’ve been overwhelmed by the support from all of you, keep it up :)

This month I’ve had a lot of fun in the kitchen, I shared my zucchini fritters with you, made a delicious strawberry couscous & feta salad. Speaking of couscous, I also made a spicy garlic & peri-peri couscous dish.

I loved sharing tamarind meatballs with you all. I also had fun making eggplant, bacon and pepper pasta & garlic croutons.
And that was just the savouries. I also had a ball experimenting with a bunch of sweets including lulu’s cake pops, marshmallow & clinker slice, an amazing 90 second nutella mudcake and also salted dark chocolate popcorn.

I loved experimenting with different outfits including spring fever, ray of sunshinespring in your stepblue mondaylazy sunday afternoons, jungle fever, my top 8 bikini wishlist and road trip comfort.

I made a lot of yummy drinks this month too. Some of my favourite were red wine spritzer, cinnamon hot chocolate and a mint lemonade slushie.

I did a few DIY’s (and am planning a lot more in October!) My favourite was my wedding mod podge vase, I also had fun showing you how to roll your towels like a pro, and how to make a quick but thoughtful birthday mason jar.

I also shared my favourite iPhoneography pictures with you, as well as celebrated Shenae’s Kitchen Tea, and wedding ceremony.

It’s been a full on busy month, but I’ve loved every minute of it. I’m looking forward to what October will bring, and have a few surprises for all of you! :) Love Megs xo
